Job summary

Gk And Sons is seeking a candidate for an International Voice Process role in Pune. You will handle inbound calls from US customers and provide telecom support, ensuring timely resolutions and adherence to quality guidelines.

The ideal candidate has 12 months of International Voice Process experience, strong English communication, and is comfortable with rotational night shifts. This is a work-from-office position with 5-day weeks and cab facility.
