Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE in Hyderabad is seeking a high-energy US Staffing Recruiter to drive high-volume hiring, engage candidates, and thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment. The role demands 6 months to 1.5 years of US staffing experience, bulk hiring capabilities, and strong MS Excel skills.

You will source, screen, and engage candidates for Engineering, Manufacturing/Production, and Data Center domains, while managing multiple requirements and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• 6 Months to 1.5 years of US staffing/recruitment experience.
• Bulk/high-volume hiring experience.
• Experience hiring for Engineering, Manufacturing/Production, Data Center.
• Strong sourcing, screening & candidate engagement.
• Able to make 80+ candidate calls per day.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Spreadsheets.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume candidate outreach and engagement.
• Screen resumes and assess fit for engineering, manufacturing, and data center roles.
• Manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring targets.
• Maintain and nurture candidate pipeline with timely follow-ups.
