Job summary

BCForward in Pune, India seeks an experienced US IT recruiter to support our US staffing initiatives. Candidates should have 3+ years of hands-on sourcing and end-to-end recruiting experience.

W2 experience, direct client exposure, and familiarity with VMS/ATS are mandatory. The role requires strong communication, team collaboration, and the ability to drive the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
• Experience with W2 payroll model mandatory.
• Experience with VMS and ATS systems.
• Experience with direct client engagements.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle full recruiting lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle for US staffing.
• Source, screen, and submit candidates to US clients.
• Coordinate with candidates and clients to drive timelines.
• Maintain updated candidate pipelines in ATS/VMS.

• 3+ years experience proven US IT Recruitments


• Experience in W2 is mandatory.


• Experience with VMS & ATS.


• Experience working with Direct client is mandatory.


• Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.


• Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc).


• Candidates must have experience in US staffing particularly in W2, & Direct Client Preferred.


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
