Job summary

BCforward in Bengaluru is seeking a seasoned US Staffing recruiter to join a fast-paced team. You will drive sourcing and end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles, with emphasis on W2 contracts and direct client engagements.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on US IT recruitment experience, familiarity with VMS and ATS platforms, and excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage candidate submissions through onboarding.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of US IT recruitment experience with W2.
• Hands-on sourcing and end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience with VMS and ATS platforms.
• Experience with direct clients in US staffing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Handle full lifecycle recruiting process from requirement gathering to onboarding.
• Source candidates, screen, negotiate and submit to clients.
• Coordinate with direct clients and manage client expectations.
• Collaborate with team to meet urgent staffing demands.

Candidates from US Staffing industry with Hands on experience in to sourcing and End-to-End Recruitments.

• 3+ years experience proven US IT Recruitments


• Experience in W2 is mandatory.


• Experience with VMS & ATS.


• Experience working with Direct client is mandatory.


• Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.


• Ability to demonstrate Full Recruiting Life cycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, candidate screening, Negotiations, candidate submission, follow-up, Interview & On Boarding etc).


• Candidates must have experience in US staffing particularly in W2, & Direct Client Preferred.
