Job summary

The Glove Company in Chennai is seeking a senior US Recruiter to manage end-to-end US hiring from the client site. The role requires coordinating with client hiring managers, sourcing and shortlisting candidates, and driving interviews and closures in an RPO setting.

You will work in US shifts, collaborate with recruitment teams, maintain trackers and reports, and ensure targets are met from the Chennai client office in Taramani.

Qualifications

• 38 years of experience in US recruitment.
• Strong understanding of the US recruitment process.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in RPO/client-facing environments preferred.
• Willing to work from client office in Taramani, Chennai.
• Comfortable working in US shifts.
