You will ensure timely wage payments, resolve payroll queries with the HR team, and perform regular audits while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee data.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage US payroll processing, including preparing and reviewing pay statements, year-end forms (W-2), and other tax-related documents.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee wages, bonuses, commissions, and benefits through workday system.
• Collaborate with HR team to resolve employee queries related to payroll matters.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee personal information at all times.
• Perform regular audits on payroll transactions to identify discrepancies.
