Job summary

ApTask is seeking a US IT Recruitment/Lead TA to drive the US hiring process from requirement understanding to offer closure. The role requires 4+ years of IT recruitment experience with hands-on US hiring exposure and mandatory insurance domain knowledge.

You will partner with hiring managers, translate job descriptions into sourcing strategies, and manage multiple US IT requirements across diverse technologies and business units.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT recruitment experience with hands-on US hiring exposure.
• Insurance domain experience is must.
• Ability to source, screen, negotiate and close candidates for US tech roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle, from understanding requirements to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation and closure.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical requirements and candidate expectations.
• Translate technical job descriptions into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, portals, referrals, databases and professional networks.
• Handle multiple US IT requirements across different technologies, skill levels, and business functions.
• Own recruitment TAT, SLA, productivity and hiring targets.

Experience working in an MNC & Corporate recruitment environment is preferred.

• 4+ years of IT Recruitment experience, with strong hands-on US IT Recruitment experience.
• Insurance domain experience is Must.
• Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment lifecycle, from requirement understanding and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closure.
