You will coordinate client interviews, build a strong talent pipeline, and maintain ATS records to exceed daily submission and closure targets. Mentoring junior recruiters and stakeholders is also part of the role.

• Source candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Monster, GitHub, and internal databases using advanced Boolean and X-ray search.
• Screen candidates on technical skills, project experience, work authorization, rate expectations, and availability.
• Recruit across roles such as Java, .NET, Python, Full Stack, Data Engineering, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), DevOps, QA/Automation, SAP, Salesforce, and Business Analyst.
• Negotiate rates and terms with candidates and handle W2, C2C, and 1099 engagements.
• Submit quality profiles, coordinate client interviews, and follow up through to offer and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring IT skill sets.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and share regular status updates.
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly submission, interview, and closure targets.
• Mentor junior recruiters where required.
