Job summary

CloudIngest in Hyderabad, India, is seeking an experienced US IT recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment. You will source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases, screen and submit w2/c2c/1099 compliant applicants, and coordinate interviews and offers.

You will use Ceipal and JobDiva ATS to maintain candidate records and pipelines, while working closely with MSPs, implementation partners, vendors, and hiring managers to meet hiring targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end US IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, submission and placement.
• Familiar with sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and recruiting databases.
• Knowledge of US hiring models (W2, C2C, 1099).
• Proficiency with ATS platforms Ceipal and JobDiva.
• Ability to work with MSPs, implementation partners, vendors and hiring managers.

• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruiting databases for contract and direct-hire positions.
• Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.
• Manage candidates and job requirements using ATS platforms such as Ceipal and JobDiva.
• Work closely with MSPs, Implementation Partners, vendors, and hiring managers to understand requirements and meet hiring targets.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess skills, experience, availability, location, and compensation.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, feedback, and offer/placement processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, submissions, interview status, and pipeline activity in the ATS.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, vendors, and clients.
