Job summary

Tekskills in Pune District, India is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for North America roles. You will source, screen, and onboard candidates, while collaborating with hiring managers and external vendors to ensure timely hiring.

The role requires 4–8 years of IT recruitment experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–8 years of IT recruitment experience supporting Talent Acquisition/Staffing in North America.
• Thorough understanding of sourcing methods/tools.
• Experience in fulltime hiring is preferred.
• Good understanding of work authorizations/ VISAs in North America.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail.
• Possess a controls mindset; understand employment laws and regulations.
• Experience planning and managing networking events or projects.
• Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information.
• Able to provide market intelligence with data and metrics.
• Strong time management skills, and the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize

Responsibilities

• Front-End Recruitment: Handle the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide progress updates.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors.
• ATS, Portals & LinkedIn Sourcing: Source top talent through ATS, portals, and LinkedIn.
• Onsite Recruitment Support: Participate in onsite recruitment activities as needed to facilitate in-person hiring.

• Proven experience in IT Recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder management, particularly in dealing with stakeholders.
• Vendor management skills with a focus on maintaining high-quality external partnerships.
• Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and efficiently with internal and external parties.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Experience in onsite recruitment is preferred.
• Ability to work in the Specified Geo time zone.
• Good understanding of different work authorizations and VISAs
