Job summary

InfoObjects Inc. is seeking a US IT Recruiter to join our onsite recruitment team in Jaipur. The role targets candidates with night-shift experience and a background in recruitment, BPO, or international hiring.

US IT or US/UK Healthcare recruitment backgrounds are preferred, with emphasis on strong English communication and candidate handling. Only female candidates with at least 3 months of professional experience and mandatory night-shift exposure will be considered.

Qualifications

• Female candidates only.
• Min 3 months of professional experience in recruitment, BPO, voice process, customer support, or international hiring.
• Prior night-shift experience is mandatory.
• US IT Recruitment experience is preferred.
• US/UK Healthcare Recruitment experience will also be considered.
• Candidates with BPO/voice process experience and relevant night-shift exposure are eligible.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, follow-up, and candidate-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented recruitment environment.
• Willingness to work onsite in Jaipur and in US night-shifts.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for US-based IT requirements through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening through phone/voice interactions.
• Assess candidate skills, experience, availability, and suitability against job requirements.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and maintain consistent follow-ups throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment status in internal systems/ATS.
• Meet defined sourcing, screening, and recruitment targets.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work effectively according to US business hours and recruitment processes.
