Job summary

Prove It Catalysts is seeking energetic individuals to join as US IT Recruiters, focusing on sourcing, screening, and coordinating IT professionals for US clients.

You will gain exposure to the complete US IT staffing lifecycle, including resume screening, interview coordination, and visa basics. Freshers are welcome with strong English skills and a learning mindset; night shifts and office work are required.

Qualifications

• 04 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Learn and use Boolean search techniques to identify relevant active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
• Understand job descriptions and identify candidates whose experience closely matches client requirements.
• Conduct initial phone or video screening calls with potential candidates.
• Assess candidates based on technical background, work experience, communication, status, location, and visa status.
• Schedule technical, managerial, and client interviews; coordinate between candidates, Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS/databases; update status, submissions, interviews, feedback, offers.
• Understand US IT staffing concepts (W2, C2C, 1099, etc.) and US visa categories.

About the Role :

Prove It Catalysts is looking for energetic and career-driven individuals to join our team as US IT Recruiters.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, screening, engaging, and coordinating qualified IT professionals for opportunities with our US-based clients.

You will gain hands‑on exposure to the complete US IT Staffing and Recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, technical resume screening, candidate communication, interview coordination, US visa classifications, employment types, and recruitment database management.

Freshers with excellent English communication skills, confidence, and a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

• Source qualified IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Learn and use Boolean search techniques to identify relevant active and passive candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future requirements.
• Understand job descriptions and identify candidates whose experience closely matches client requirements.

Resume Screening

• Review resumes to understand candidates' technical skills, tools, technologies, project experience, and employment history.
• Match candidate profiles against client job requirements.
• Identify relevant experience, technical keywords, skill gaps, and overall suitability before submitting candidates.

Candidate Pre-Screening

• Conduct initial phone or video screening calls with potential candidates.
• Assess candidates based on:
• Technical background
• Relevant work experience
• Communication skills
• Current employment status
• Location and relocation preferences
• Availability
• Compensation expectations
• Work authorization / visa status
• Interest in the opportunity
• Clearly explain job requirements, client expectations, work location, and interview process to candidates.

Candidate Relationship Management

• Build professional relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication and provide timely updates regarding interviews, feedback, and next steps.
• Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance and continued interest in opportunities.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Interview Coordination

• Schedule technical, managerial, and client interviews.
• Coordinate between candidates, Account Managers, Delivery Managers, and clients.
• Confirm interview availability and ensure candidates are prepared before scheduled interviews.
• Follow up after interviews to collect candidate feedback and update the recruitment team.

Recruitment Database & Pipeline Management

• Maintain accurate candidate records in internal trackers, ATS platforms, or recruitment databases.
• Update candidate status, submissions, interviews, feedback, offers, and other recruitment activities regularly.
• Maintain proper documentation and daily recruitment activity reports.
• Ensure all candidate information is complete and up to date.

Understanding the US IT Staffing Market

Candidates will receive exposure to important US recruitment concepts including:

• W2
• C2C / Corp-to-Corp
• 1099
• Full-Time / Permanent Hiring
• Contract Hiring
• Contract-to-Hire

You will also develop a basic understanding of US work authorization and visa categories such as:

• H1B
• H4 EAD
• OPT / CPT
• STEM OPT
• Green Card
• US Citizen
• Other Employment Authorization Documents

Training and guidance will be provided by experienced recruiters and team leads.

Candidate Requirements

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline, including:

Experience

04 years of experience.

Freshers who are interested in building a career in US IT Staffing / Recruitment are strongly encouraged to apply.

Candidates with previous experience in recruitment, staffing, customer service, sales, BPO, or US processes will have an added advantage.

Mandatory Skills

Night Shift Flexibility

This position supports the US market and operates completely during US business hours.

Night Shift is mandatory.

Candidates who are not comfortable working regular night shifts should not apply.

Work From Office

This is not a Work From Home / Remote position.

Employees are required to work from the Prove It Catalysts office during the assigned night shift.
