Job summary

Bluethink It Consulting is seeking a motivated US IT Recruiter with 6 months to 1 year of staffing experience to join our Noida office. You will handle W2 Full-Time requirements and recruit for Engineering/Technical roles across the US market.

You will source candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and work with Account Managers to meet daily submission targets while maintaining accurate recruitment trackers.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of US IT staffing experience.
• Hands-on W2 full-time hiring experience.
• Experience recruiting for engineering/technical roles.
• Strong sourcing and screening abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work US night shift; Noida office.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for US-based IT and Engineering positions.
• Work on W2 Full-Time requirements and understand W2 hiring processes.
• Experience recruiting for Engineering/Technical roles such as Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Manufacturing, or related positions.
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
• Understand job descriptions, technical requirements, locations, shifts, and client expectations.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
• Work closely with Account Managers / Business Development teams to fulfill open requirements.
• Meet daily/weekly submission and recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify candidates for US-based IT and Engineering positions.
• Work on W2 Full-Time requirements and understand W2 hiring processes.
• Experience working on Engineering/Technical roles such as Software, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Manufacturing, or related positions.
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing channels.

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced recruitment environment.
• Willingness to work in the US Night Shift and from the Noida office.
