Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an IT Recruiter to support Talent Acquisition in North America. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate journey and strong stakeholder alignment.

The role demands excellent communication, independent work ethic, and solid knowledge of VISAs and work authorizations. ATS, portals and LinkedIn sourcing experience is essential; onsite recruitment may be required.

Qualifications

• Regular Bachelor's degree required.
• 4-8 years' IT recruitment experience in North America.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of work authorizations/VISAs for North America.
• Experience with ATS, portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Experience in onsite recruitment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Front-End Recruitment: handle sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
• Stakeholder Management: collaborate with hiring managers to align on needs.
• Vendor Management: maintain relationships with external recruiters.
• ATS, Portals & LinkedIn Sourcing: leverage multiple channels to source candidates.
• Onsite Recruitment Support: participate in on-site hiring activities as needed.

• At-least 4-8 years of experience in IT recruitment supporting the Talent Acquisition/Staffing in North America.
• Thorough understanding of different sourcing methods/tools.
• Experience in fulltime hiring is preferred.
• Good understanding of different work authorizations/VISAs in North America.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment of change, challenge and multiple deadlines and priorities, high attention to detail.
• Possess a controls mindset; understand employment laws and regulations
• Experience planning and managing networking event or projects.
• Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information
• Able to provide the market intelligence with data and metrics.
• Strong time management skills, and the ability to consistently prioritize and re-prioritize

Key Responsibilities:

Front-End Recruitment: Handle the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, provide progress updates, and ensure alignment with recruitment goals.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors to maintain a robust candidate pipeline.

ATS, Portals & LinkedIn Sourcing: Utilize all the avenues available to source top talent for various roles.

Onsite Recruitment Support: Participate in onsite recruitment activities as needed to facilitate in-person hiring processes.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT Recruitment.

Strong stakeholder management, particularly in dealing with stakeholders.

Vendor management skills with a focus on maintaining high-quality external partnerships.

Excellent communication skills to interact clearly and efficiently with internal and external parties.

Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment with multiple deadlines and priorities.

Experience in onsite recruitment is preferred.

Ability to work in the Specified Geo time zone.

Good understanding of different work authorizations and VISAs

Ability to provide market intelligence with data and metrics.
