Qualifications

• Knowledge of US terms: W2, C2C, 1099 and visa types such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC.
• Experience with Boolean search and sourcing on LinkedIn and job boards.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work the US shift from Chennai.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and a good team player.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for recurring skills.
• Meet daily and weekly targets for submissions, interviews and closures.

• Basic knowledge of IT technologies and roles, such as Java, .NET, Python, cloud, data and testing.
• Experience with Boolean search and sourcing on LinkedIn and job boards.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working the US shift from the Chennai office.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and a good team player.

Good to have

• Experience working with MSP/VMS systems and prime vendors.
• Familiarity with an ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting for end clients and implementation partners.
