Infireex is seeking a US HR & People Operations Specialist to support day-to-day HR operations for our US workforce, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, HR data, and documentation. The role requires hands-on experience with US HR processes and Paycom, along with strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

The position involves working US night shifts and contributing to a growing HR function with a focus on data

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in US HR / US People Operations / HR Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Paycom is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management.
• Experience handling employee/candidate relations and HR queries.
• Good understanding of US HR processes and terminology.
• Strong experience with HR data management and maintaining employee records.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in US night shifts.

About the Role

We are looking for a US HR & People Operations Specialist who will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations for our US workforce.
