Job summary

Altres in Thane, Maharashtra, is seeking analysts with experience in US employee data management including pre and post payroll activities. The role targets professionals with 2–4 years of experience and a strong command of payroll processes.

You will process payrolls, audit data, manage employee records, and coordinate with the US support team. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance, and advanced Excel skills, with willingness to work in rotational night

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years US payroll or Employee data management experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and English communication (written & verbal).
• Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming payrolls.
• Audit/reconcile payrolls prior to processing.
• Calculate correct amounts for overtime, deductions, bonuses, etc.
• Follow-up and coordinate with the US support team for payroll related items/questions.
• Enter and coordinate employee data into the system.
• Review/enter employee HR/Personnel changes.
• Process court mandated orders.
• Prepare weekly certified payroll affidavits.
• Setup, update, adjust and review PTO plans/registers.
• Analyze and maintain important client documents and account information.
• Keep up with daily emails, respond accordingly and timely.
• Assist with any payroll related items as necessary.
