Qualifications

• Experience recruiting mental health professionals or for correctional facilities.
• Experience supporting US North East region is preferred.
• Strong sourcing on major job boards and ATS platforms.

Key Requirements

• Hands-on experience hiring Mental Health professionals or recruiting for Correctional Facilities.
• Experience supporting the North East region of the United States is preferred.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, and other recruitment platforms.
• Familiarity with MSP/VMS environments and ATS platforms such as CEIPAL, Bullhorn, or JobDiva is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
