Jopranavee is seeking a senior recruiter to lead end-to-end US healthcare recruitment from India, mentoring a sourcing team and ensuring timely closures. You will source, screen, and close candidates with expertise in RN/LPN/CNA/Allied roles, while managing visa/tax terms (W2/C2C/1099) and maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines.

The role requires a minimum of 5+ years in US healthcare recruitment, strong negotiation skills, and readiness for US shift operations.

• Experience leading a recruiter team.
• Knowledge of visa and tax terms (W2/C2C/1099).
• US shift readiness.
