Responsibilities

• Source qualified healthcare professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Recruit healthcare professionals such as RNs, LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, Medical Assistants, Therapists, Allied Health professionals, and other healthcare staff.
• Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates; screen for credentials, licenses, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain candidate follow-up and strong organizational practices; manage multiple openings and candidates simultaneously.
• Utilize recruitment tools, portals, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms to drive sourcing and hiring processes.
