Job summary

GSK Solutions India in Hyderabad is seeking a motivated Healthcare Recruiter to join our US Staffing team. You will source, screen, and recruit nursing and allied healthcare professionals for US-based clients, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You will collaborate with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to meet client requirements within timelines, manage the full recruitment lifecycle, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across multiple specialties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A background in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
• 2 - 8 Years of experience in US Staffing recruitment. Experience in US Healthcare Staffing will be an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of US employment models, including W2, 1099, and MSP/VMS hiring processes.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job boards, Boolean search, and social media platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Willingness to work US business hours (Night Shift).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Achieve individual recruitment targets while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
