Sutherland in Kochi is seeking an experienced professional to handle inbound calls from US healthcare providers, resolve claims-related issues, and ensure accurate CRM records. This role requires night shifts and the ability to work from office, with strict adherence to US healthcare regulations.

You will escalate complex cases to senior team members, authorize or deny claims based on policy terms, and deliver prompt, high-quality customer service while meeting productivity targets.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years of experience in US Health Insurance, Claims, AR calling, benefits administration, claims processing, life insurance, or US healthcare insurance voice process.
• Strong understanding of healthcare BPO operations and regulations (US Healthcare).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively over phone calls.
