Preferred candidate profile

• 1-5 years of experience in US Health Insurance, Claims, AR calling, benefits administration, claims processing, life insurance, or US healthcare insurance voice process.
• Strong understanding of healthcare BPO operations and regulations (US Healthcare).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively over phone calls.
• Ability to meet productivity targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

Good English Verbal Communication is Mandatory
