Access Healthcare in Chennai is seeking an experienced US Healthcare AR Professional to handle outbound calls, follow up on claims, check statuses, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing issues.

The role requires a US night shift, full-time employment, and cab facilities. Strong communication and knowledge of denial processes will help you succeed.

Formación

• 0.6 months experience in US Healthcare AR calling or related.
• Graduation not mandatory.
• Shift: US Night Shift (6 PM - 3 AM).
• Work Location: Chennai, Ambattur.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Two way cab will be provided.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
• Check claim status, payment status, denials, and underpaid claims.
• Follow up on unpaid and rejected claims to ensure timely resolution.
• Identify reasons for claim denials and take appropriate corrective action.
• Work on insurance portals to check claim status and obtain claim-related information.
• Maintain accurate notes and update claim status in the billing system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and reimbursement issues.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding medical claims.
• Check claim status, payment status, denials, and underpaid claims.

Required Skills

• Experience in US Healthcare AR Calling, Medical Billing, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
• Knowledge of insurance follow-up, claim status, denial management, and payment posting.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of US healthcare insurance processes.
• Ability to meet productivity and quality targets.
