Job summary

Sutherland in Kochi is hiring for an inbound healthcare claims voice process role. You will handle inbound calls from US providers to resolve claims, document interactions in CRM, and escalate complex cases. Night shifts and work-from-office in Kochi required; strong English communication and the ability to meet productivity targets are essential.

Preferred candidates have 1–5 years in US Health Insurance or related fields and a solid understanding of US healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in US Health Insurance, Claims, AR calling, benefits administration, claims processing, life insurance, or US healthcare insurance voice process.
• Strong understanding of healthcare BPO operations and regulations (US Healthcare).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively over phone calls.
• Ability to meet productivity targets while maintaining high-quality standards.
