Intelligent Medical Billing Solutions in Ahmedabad is seeking a voice-process oriented associate to support US Healthcare RCM activities. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, interact with payers and provider offices, and track claim status throughout the resolution lifecycle.

• Experience in Voice Process will be preferred
• Good verbal communication skills in English
• Basic understanding of healthcare insurance / claims process is an added advantage
• Comfortable working in US shift

Responsibilities

• Handle outbound/inbound calls related to US Healthcare RCM processes
• Communicate with insurance payers, provider offices, and relevant stakeholders
• Follow up on claim status, denials, pending claims, and payment updates
• Document call outcomes accurately in the system
• Escalate unresolved issues to seniors or team leaders when required
• Maintain productivity, quality, and TAT benchmarks
• Work closely with internal teams to support claim resolution
