Appsierra Group in Mohali is seeking a dynamic US Blue-Collar Recruiter to join our in-house team. You will own end-to-end recruitment for US-based blue-collar roles, source talent through multiple channels, and build a strong candidate pipeline.

The role requires proactive sourcing, excellent English, US cultural awareness, and the ability to manage candidates from initial contact through closure in an in-office Mohali setting.

Hiring: US Blue-Collar Recruiter | Mohali

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and highly resourceful US Blue-Collar Recruiter to join our in-house recruitment team in Mohali-67.

We’re looking for a true recruitment professional who actively seeks out talent, builds candidate communities, explores unconventional sourcing channels, and takes complete end-to-end ownership of the recruitment process.

Location: Mohali-67

Shift: US / Night Shift(6:00 PM-3:30 AM)

Working Days: Mon-Fri

Employment: In-house

Work Mode-In office

Key Responsibilities:

• Source US blue-collar/skilled-trade candidates through multiple channels.


• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.


• Leverage LinkedIn, Facebook/community groups, colleges, trade schools, referrals, job portals, and other creative sourcing channels.


• Build candidate communities and explore innovative recruitment strategies.


• Conduct initial screening and phone interviews.


• Manage candidates through the recruitment process until closure.


• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Skills & Qualifications required

• Prior US Recruitment experience, preferably blue-collar/technical hiring.


• Excellent spoken and written English with strong US cultural awareness.


• Extroverted, energetic, confident, and relationship-oriented.


• Strong sourcing, networking, follow-up, and communication skills.


• Comfortable with social media, community building, and ATS platforms.
