Qualifications

• Division 31 Earthwork & Site Preparation experience.
• Quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift / Bluebeam.
• Excel-based BOQs, estimates, bid summaries & cost tracking.
• Translate drawings and specs into buildable estimates.
• Bid proposal management using Monday.com.

Responsibilities

• Perform quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for projects.
• Prepare bid summaries and cost tracking reports.
• Apply construction methodology in estimating (sequencing, productivity, means & methods).
• Assist in bid proposals and management.

• Division 31 Earthwork & Site Preparation
• Quantity takeoffs using PlanSwift / Bluebeam
• Excel-based BOQs, estimates, bid summaries & cost tracking
• Apply sound construction methodology while estimating (sequencing, productivity, means & methods)
• Bid proposal management on Monday.com

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech Civil Engineering

• 3+ years US infrastructure estimation experience
• Excellent command over Excel (cost codes, BOQs, formulas, bid leveling)
• Strong understanding of construction methodology for Earthwork, Utilities & Paving
• Ability to translate drawings + specs into buildable, accurate estimates
