Job summary

F9 Construction Service in Gurugram seeks a Civil Estimator to prepare quantities and cost estimates for US infrastructure projects.

You will translate drawings and specs into buildable estimates, manage Excel-based BOQs, cost tracking, and bid summaries, and perform prime/subcontractor bid comparison using PlanSwift, Bluebeam and Monday.com.

Qualifications

• 3+ years US infrastructure estimation experience.
• Excellent command over Excel (cost codes, BOQs, formulas, bid leveling).
• Strong understanding of construction methodology for Earthwork, Utilities & Paving.
• Ability to translate drawings + specs into buildable, accurate estimates.

• Division 32 Paving, Asphalt & Concrete
• Division 33 – Utilities (Sewer, Storm, Water, Fire Lines)
