Job summary

Gudah Consultants in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage US-based bookkeeping. You will handle AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations, and month-end close, while ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate records in our systems.

Join a dedicated team serving US clients, with exposure to multiple accounting platforms (QBO, Xero, NetSuite) and tax compliance tasks including 1099 and W-2 processing. Excellent Excel and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in US Accounting / US Bookkeeping.
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO).
• Knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, and Reconciliations.
• Experience in Payroll processing.
• Understanding of 1099, W-2, 940, 941, and Sales Tax processes.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good communication skills.

• Maintain accurate financial records in accounting systems.

• Work directly with client teams and resolve accounting queries.
