Job summary

Vee Healthtek is seeking an experienced accounting professional for a Bengaluru on-site role. The candidate will manage daily bookkeeping, GL, and AP/AR processes, while supporting monthly close activities and U.S. GAAP reports.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of bookkeeping experience and a background in M.Com / MBA / CA (Intermediary) studies, with proficiency in QuickBooks and Dynamics 365. Join a dynamic team at our Bangalore location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in general ledger, AP/AR, and monthly reconciliations.
• Experience in U.S. GAAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping, journal entries, and the general ledger.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable (AP/AR) workflows.
• Perform monthly bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and U.S. GAAP reports.
• Support the team with U.S. federal and state tax preparation.
• Software Proficiency: QuickBooks, Bookkeeping and Dynamic 365(Optional)
