Job summary

Quazar Infrastructure seeks an experienced Project Head Construction to lead large-scale, multi-tower residential and institutional projects with deep MIVAN expertise. You will drive end-to-end execution, including structure, MEP, finishing, external development and handover, while coordinating subcontractors, cost control, and timely delivery.

The role requires 18–22 years in construction and a BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering, with willingness to reside full-time in Mandi/Kamand and hands-on MS

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 18–22 years of construction experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 MIVAN/Aluminium Formwork projects completed & handed over.
• At least 1 MIVAN project handled as Project Head or Project Manager.
• Strong experience in multi-tower residential/institutional construction.
• End-to-end execution: Structure + MEP + Finishing + External Development + Handover.
• Strong subcontractor management, billing, reconciliation, productivity & cost control.
• Government/PSU/EPC experience with CPWD/NBCC/other Govt./PSUs.
• Preference for hill construction experience: retaining walls, slope stabilization, difficult logistics.
• Willing to stay full-time at Mandi/Kamand.
• Hands-on MS Projects/ Primavera P6 experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale multi-tower residential/institutional projects.
• Oversee end-to-end execution: Structure, MEP, finishing, external development, handover.
• Manage subcontractors, billing, reconciliation, productivity and cost control.
• Liaise with government bodies and EPCs; ensure compliance and on-time delivery.

• B.E./B.Tech- Civil Engineering.

• At least 1 MIVAN project handled as Project Head / Project manager.
• Strong expericance in multi-tower residential/institutional construction.
• End-to-end execution: Structure + MEP + Finishing + External Development + Handover.
• Strong subcontractor management, billing, reconciliation, produvctivity & cost control.
• Government/PSU/EPC experiance-- CPWD/NBCC/ other Govt./PSUs.
• Strong preferance for hill construction experiance: retaining walls, slope stabilization, cutting/filling and dificult logistics.
• Must be willing to stay full-time at Mandi/Kamand.
• Hands-on MS Projects/ Primavera P6 experiance-not just reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

A hands-on Project Leader with proven experience in MIVAN project delivery, capable of taking complete ownership of project schedule, cost, quality, productivity, subcontractor management, site execution, and final handover.

Candidates with only planning/reporting experience or limited MIVAN exposure will not be considered.
