Job summary

Runwal Enterprises in Mumbai seeks a Manager / Senior Manager / AGM for High-Rise Residential Projects to lead multi-tower construction programs.

The role requires 13-15+ years of experience in Real Estate/Construction, with strong RCC and MIVAN expertise, end-to-end execution, planning, quality control and strict adherence to timelines. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure on-time completion of residential towers.

Qualifications

• 13-15+ years of experience in real estate/construction.
• Experience in managing high-rise residential towers.
• Strong RCC and MIVAN construction expertise.
• Proven track record in end-to-end execution, planning, and meeting timelines.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Residential high-rise project experience is mandatory; applicants with 45 towers preferred.
