AsmitA India Realty seeks a seasoned Head of Construction to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale residential projects, including luxury high-rises and townships. The role demands mastery of Mivan/formwork, ISO QC standards, and strong leadership over multi-disciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree (Master’s preferred) with 20+ years in real estate construction, and proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and procurement across complex sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20+ years in real estate construction.
• Exposure to luxury residential high-rise and township projects.
• Hands-on with Mivan / Aluminium Formwork Technology.
• In-depth knowledge of QC processes and ISO standards.
• Proven leadership in large multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complete construction lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Manage execution of high-rise luxury residential and township projects.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets & quality standards.
• Drive implementation of Mivan / aluminium formwork systems.
• Establish and monitor QC systems aligned with ISO standards.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors & internal teams.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling & resource allocation.
• Identify risks and resolve on-site challenges.
• Monitor safety compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and mentor large teams of site engineers & project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee complete construction lifecycle from planning to project handover
• Manage execution of high-rise luxury residential and township projects
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Drive implementation of Mivan / advanced formwork systems for efficient construction
• Establish and monitor quality control systems aligned with ISO standards
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Identify risks, resolve on-site challenges, and ensure smooth execution
• Monitor compliance with safety norms and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and manage large multi-disciplinary teams (site engineers, project managers, contractors)
• Ensure timely procurement and optimal utilization of materials and resources

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 20+ years of experience in real estate construction
