Job summary

Amet Haveli in Udaipur invites an experienced supervisor to oversee restaurant service, lead stewards and service staff, and ensure guest satisfaction through smooth, attentive operations that reflect our heritage hospitality.

You will coordinate with the kitchen, handle guest requests and complaints, maintain proper table setup, uphold food and beverage service standards, and mentor the team to deliver consistently excellent service.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in hotel or restaurant service.
• Good communication, guest handling and team supervision skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards preferred.
