Job summary

Sera Natural seeks a Creative Designer to craft high-quality graphics for social media, ads, and ecommerce platforms. You will translate briefs into visually compelling creatives, maintain brand consistency, and design assets across formats including short videos and banners.

You will work on performance ads, campaign assets, and marketplace visuals, adapting designs for multiple platforms while staying on brand and meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in social media, digital campaigns, performance ads, and e-commerce creatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, take ownership, and meet deadlines.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Creative Design & Brand Communication:

• Create high-quality graphics for social media, ads, website, marketplaces, and digital campaigns.
• Translate marketing briefs and product USPs into visually compelling creatives aligned with brand identity.
• Maintain consistency across typography, colors, layouts, imagery, and overall visual language.

2. Social Media & Performance Creatives:

• Design engaging posts, carousels, stories, reel covers, banners, and promotional creatives.
• Create conversion-focused creatives for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance campaigns.
• Develop multiple creative variations with different hooks, layouts, offers, and messaging for testing.

3. E-commerce & Marketplace Design:

• Create product listing images, infographics, banners, and promotional assets for Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Blinkit, and other platforms.
• Design A+ Content, website banners, landing-page visuals, and campaign assets.
• Ensure product benefits and key claims are communicated clearly and effectively.

4. Video & Creative Adaptation:

• Edit short-form videos, reels, UGC content, and product videos for social and advertising.
• Add basic motion graphics, transitions, text animation, captions, and visual effects.
• Adapt creatives across formats such as 1:1, 4:5, 9:16, and 16:9.

5. Innovation & Trend Adaptation:

• Stay updated with latest design, skincare, beauty, D2C, and social media trends.
• Track competitor creatives and bring fresh ideas for campaigns and content.
• Experiment with new layouts, visual styles, and AI-assisted creative tools.

Key Requirements
