Job summary

KC GlobEd seeks a creative designer skilled in Figma to lead UI/UX design for websites, landing pages, and digital learning platforms. You will craft responsive layouts, reusable components, and design systems to ensure consistent user experiences.

Responsibilities include creating engaging social media graphics, product visuals, and promotional materials while aligning with brand guidelines. Video editing and motion graphics are a plus for enhanced campaigns.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Figma for high-fidelity UI/UX layouts and design systems.
• Strong graphic design fundamentals for marketing creatives and product visuals.
• Experience editing short-form videos and adding motion graphics is a plus.

Responsibilities

Role & responsibilities :

1. Figma & UI/UX Design Primary

• Design website pages, landing pages, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI layouts using Figma.
• Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Develop interactive prototypes, reusable components, and design systems.
• Design user-friendly interfaces for digital learning platforms and e-commerce experiences.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
• Maintain consistency in layout, typography, colours, and overall user experience.

2. Graphic Design & Marketing Creatives Primary

• Create engaging social media posts, carousels, banners, advertisements, and promotional graphics.
• Design product creatives, book covers, product listing images, and A+ Content for Amazon and Flipkart.
• Develop marketing assets for Google Ads, Meta Ads, websites, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Design brochures, catalogues, presentations, and educational promotional materials.
• Create campaign-specific visuals for product launches, offers, seasonal promotions, and brand awareness.
• Ensure all designs follow KC GlobEd's brand identity and visual guidelines.
• Resize and adapt creatives for different platforms and advertising formats.

3. Video Editing — Added Advantage

• Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and product promotional videos.
• Create engaging videos for educational products, campaigns, and social media.
• Add subtitles, transitions, motion graphics, and visual effects where required.
• Repurpose existing footage into platform-specific video creatives.

Preferred candidate profile

• The candidate will be primarily responsible for designing website interfaces, landing pages, digital marketing creatives, social media graphics, product visuals, and promotional materials.
• We are looking for someone with strong Figma skills, excellent graphic design fundamentals, and the ability to turn ideas into visually appealing and effective designs.
• Video editing and motion graphics skills will be an added advantage.
