Job summary

Address Maker Life Spaces in Bengaluru is seeking a Creative Designer to craft premium visuals for social media, digital ads, banners, brochures, hoardings, and standees for real estate campaigns and launches.

You will develop concepts aligned with brand positioning, maintain brand consistency across projects, and support digital marketing campaigns with compelling storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Suite and a strong portfolio are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, brochures, hoardings, standees, and other marketing collaterals.
• Create premium-quality visuals for real estate projects, campaigns, launches, events, and promotional activities.
• Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling aligned with the brands positioning.
• Follow and maintain brand guidelines across all projects.
• Ensure consistent use of logos, typography, colour palettes, and visual identity.
• Support branding initiatives, rebranding exercises, and the development of brand collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaign requirements and creative strategies.
• Develop creatives for digital marketing, lead-generation campaigns, festive promotions, and project launches.
• Work on multiple projects and manage creative requirements within agreed timelines.
• Create engaging digital creatives, presentations, EDMs, and marketing materials.
• Basic motion graphics, video editing, and reel creation would be an added advantage.
• Adapt creatives across different digital and print formats.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and translate them into effective designs.
• Incorporate feedback promptly and manage revisions efficiently.
• Maintain organised design files and ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Design & Execution

• Design social media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, brochures, hoardings, standees, and other marketing collaterals.
• Create premium-quality visuals for real estate projects, campaigns, launches, events, and promotional activities.
• Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling aligned with the brands positioning.

2.Branding & Brand Consistency

4 Digital & Multimedia Creatives

• Create engaging digital creatives, presentations, EDMs, and marketing materials.

5. Coordination & Delivery

• Work closely with the marketing team to understand briefs and translate them into effective designs.
• Incorporate feedback promptly and manage revisions efficiently.
• Maintain organised design files and ensure timely delivery of all assigned projects.

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Figma and other relevant creative tools.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating premium branding, digital campaigns, and marketing collateral.
• Excellent visual communication, typography, layout, and conceptualisation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while maintaining high-quality output.
