Recruation Placement Consultancy in India seeks a Senior Sales Manager for transformer sales. The role requires MBA and BE/B.Tech (Electrical) with 5–15 years in transformer manufacturing.

The candidate will lead lead generation, manage the complete sales cycle, and build key client relationships from Mirzapur, Kanpur, Lucknow, Patna and surrounding regions. Role includes achieving monthly/quarterly/ yearly sales targets, presenting to clients, negotiating, and coordinating payments and

• 5-15 years experience in transformer manufacturing.

• Generate and develop leads; identify new customers for transformer products.
• Prospect and generate business from new customers; manage complete sales cycle from inquiry to order and payment.
• Build and maintain relationships with major customers; report sales activities and funnel weekly.
• Prepare presentations; participate in techno-commercial discussions and negotiations.
• Achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly and yearly; perform competitor analysis and inform HO.
• Assist in collection of payments and statutory documents; manage contract inspections, dispatches and bill passing.
• Monitor price variations and penalties; manage payment recovery and bank guarantees.
