Job summary

Liveindesigns is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead the full sales cycle for residential interior projects in Delhi NCR. You will own the journey from first lead to signed project and guide a sales team that supports it.

The role requires 3-6 years of sales experience, networking in interior design/real estate, and a proven track record of closing high-value interiors projects.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of sales experience, preferably in interiors, architecture, real estate or home improvement
• A strong network in interior design, architecture, real estate, builders, contractors or allied industries
• A proven record of generating business through personal contacts and references
• Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills
• Ability to independently manage and close high-value interior projects
• Experience managing or mentoring a sales team (an advantage)
• A target-oriented mindset with strong business development and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Convert leads from Meta, Google, Instagram, referrals and other sources
• Handle client calls, meetings and site visits
• Understand each client's requirements, budget and project scope
• Prepare quotations, negotiate and close projects
• Manage the full sales pipeline and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Guide and monitor the sales team
• Coordinate with the design team for a smooth client handover after closure
• Track sales performance, conversion ratios and lost-lead reasons
