Home Interion is looking for an Interior Designer- Sales who can combine creativity with sales expertise to drive business growth in the Residential interior design & execution sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, creating design concepts, and converting leads into successful projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand client needs and propose customized interior design solutions.
2. Generate leads through cold calling, client meetings, and networking.
3. Collaborate with the design and execution teams to develop proposals.
4. Create and present design concepts, mood boards.
5. Provide accurate cost estimates and close sales deals.
6. Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and take necessary measurements.
7. Stay updated with market trends, materials, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

1. Experience: 2-4 years in interior design sales, client handling, or a related role.
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
3. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is an advantage.
5. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet sales targets.
