Qualifications

• 14 years of experience in interior design with sales.
• Experience in modular kitchens, wardrobes, home interiors, or furniture.
• Candidates with proven sales conversions and customer-handling experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio of completed interior design projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements, preferences, space utilization, and budget.
• Provide interior design consultations for residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare design concepts, layouts, 2D drawings, and 3D presentations.
• Generate leads through customer enquiries, referrals, networking, and site visits.
• Meet customers and explain interior design solutions, materials, and product specifications.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and design presentations.
• Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
• Coordinate with project execution, vendors, and installation teams.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide support throughout the project.
• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
