Job summary

Plasma Spray Processor Pvt Ltd in Navi Mumbai is seeking a Purchase Engineer to manage end-to-end procurement processes. You will liaise with Production, Stores, and Quality to ensure timely material availability and accurate documentation.

Role requires 2–4 years of purchasing experience, a Graduate degree, and hands-on skills in MS Excel and MS Office. Work from office with an interview location in Taloja Raigad.

Job description

Job Responsibilities Source and procure raw materials, consumables, and engineering items as per purchase requirements. Obtain quotations from vendors and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely order processing. Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Quality departments for material requirements. Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials. Maintain vendor records, purchase history, and documentation. Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase-related documents. Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchases to avoid stock shortages. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers. Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, and delivery. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly purchase reports for management. Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and procurement procedures. Maintain complete documentation of all purchase records to comply with ISO 9001, AS 9100 Quality Audit.

Required good knowledge about Import Export MaterialRequired Skills Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Horizon, Zoho, Odoo software.
