Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase activities for engineering & manufacturing materials.
• Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Collect quotations, negotiate prices, finalize orders.
• Prepare POs and ensure timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery, quality, and payment terms.
• Maintain purchase records and vendor data.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality and Accounts teams.
• Monitor material requirements and procurement timelines.
• Resolve issues related to price, quality, quantity and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage purchase activities for engineering and manufacturing materials.

• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedules, quality, and payment terms.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor data, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Stores, Production, Quality, and Accounts teams.
• Monitor material requirements and ensure timely procurement.
• Resolve issues related to price, quality, quantity, and delivery.
