Job summary

Tekskills Inc. invites an experienced IT recruiter to join the on-site team at Kudlu Gate, Novel Techpark. The role requires 3–5 years of recruitment experience, strong C2H hiring skills, and proven sourcing from Naukri and other tools, handling the full cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Candidates with prior experience in MNC or Tier 1 companies will have an added advantage. Immediate to 15 days notice period preferred; five-day work week on site.

Qualifications

• Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment.
• End-to-end recruitment—from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong exposure to IT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles.
• Source candidates using Naukri and other tools.
• Coordinate onboarding and handover to HR.
