Job summary

Tekskills Inc. invites an experienced IT recruiter to lead C2H hiring and manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality hires.

Based at Kudlu gate, Novel Techpark, this 5-day office role requires 3–5 years’ experience, hands-on sourcing from Naukri and other portals, and familiarity with IT technologies; immediate to 15 days notice preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience (end-to-end from sourcing to onboarding).
• Experience with IT technologies recruitment.
• Experience with IT MNC or Tier 1 companies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and manage C2H hiring lifecycle.
• Sourcing from Naukri and other portals/tools.
