Job summary

Posimind Consulting LLP is seeking a Civil Project Manager to oversee large-scale construction and design coordination in Pune. The role demands strong leadership, effective communication, and meticulous project execution from planning to closeout.

You will coordinate with designers, contractors, and clients, monitor progress and costs, identify risks, and ensure quality and timely delivery in line with contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering required with relevant construction/project management experience.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership and problem-solving skills expected.
• Experience in client management, vendor/contract management, and project execution is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Qualification & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering with 1214 years of relevant experience in construction/project management.
• Candidates with strong practical knowledge and relevant industry experience may also be considered.
• Good communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in large construction projects.
• Strong construction and design coordination experience.
• Experience in client management, vendor/contract management, and project execution.
• Knowledge of building construction, piling, and building finishes.
• Experience in Food & Beverage and/or Healthcare projects is preferred.
• Working knowledge of MS Project and project management techniques.
