Day 8/Day 15/Day 30 follow-ups will assess role clarity and integration. You will log actionable feedback to minimize early attrition and resolve discrepancies. Fresh MBA/PGDM in HR/IR is preferred with a solid understanding of HR operations.

• Conduct Day 8, Day 15, and Day 30 follow-ups to evaluate integration.
• Log actionable feedback to minimize early attrition and friction points.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding & Document Management: Track weekly joiners, guide candidates through post-offer document uploads, and coordinate with Hiring Managers to ensure smooth joining formalities.
• Background Verification (BGV): Initiate BGV checks via the TRST Score portal, including GPS digital address verifications and Gold Loan reference checks.
• Discrepancy Resolution: Follow up on profile rejections, resolve candidate discrepancies, and manage rectifications to secure timely profile approvals.
• Structured Check-Ins & Engagement: Execute Day 8, Day 15, and Day 30 follow-ups with frontline new hires using dedicated tracking sheets to evaluate role clarity and integration.
• Early Retention & Support: Identify initial friction points (such as login/technical errors, attendance, or manager alignment) and log actionable feedback to minimize early attrition.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, joining formalities, background verification, document verification etc.
• Fresher MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
