Job summary

SG Oasis in Jamnagar, Gujarat, India seeks a skilled Setter to prepare and configure CNC, VMC, TMC and Sliding Head machines before handing them to operators.

You will read engineering drawings, process sheets and control plans, perform tool changes, conduct trial runs and first piece inspections, and monitor tooling wear to ensure zero deviation and high-quality production while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 23 years of experience in machine setting in a brass component or precision part manufacturing industry.
• Hands-on experience with different controllers (Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Brother).
