Job summary

Recruit CRM is seeking a Setter for CNC, VMC, TMC and Sliding Head machines to ensure precise setup and configuration in line with engineering specifications and production plans. You will read drawings, perform tool changes, and coordinate with programmers and operators for smooth handovers.

The role requires 2–3 years of hands-on experience, brass/precision part manufacturing exposure, and strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities. Safety and quality compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in machine setting.
• Experience in brass component or precision part manufacturing.
• Strong hands-on experience with CNC, VMC, TMC and Sliding Head machines.
• Hands-on experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi and Brother controllers.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering/technical drawings.
• Familiarity with measurement tools.
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to machine settings and tooling.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Knowledge of quality and safety standards.
• Physically fit to stand and work for long durations.
